The Motherhood Experience Group
The Motherhood Experience is an 8‑week, clinician‑led support group designed to foster connection, a sense of normalcy, and honest conversation during the early postpartum period. This is a closed group, meaning you’ll meet with the same small group of participants each week, building trust and community over time. Together, we explore topics that often go unspoken—intimacy, emotions, boundaries, identity shifts, bonding, relationships, and more—all through a compassionate, judgment‑free lens.Babies are always welcome in group, and taking time away from your baby is welcome, too. Whatever supports your wellbeing is encouraged.

Infertility & Trying to Conceive Support Group
Our Infertility & Trying to Conceive (TTC) Support Group is a clinician‑led space for anyone navigating the emotional and relational challenges of the fertility journey. Infertility and TTC can feel deeply isolating—filled with anger, anxiety, grief, and moments that shake your sense of identity. Many people describe feeling alone, overwhelmed by medical decisions, or exhausted by the constant cycle of tracking, waiting, and hoping.
This group offers a supportive community where you can talk openly with others who truly understand. Together, we explore the impact of infertility on identity, relationships, self‑worth, and emotional wellbeing, including the anxiety around cycles, the pressure of monitoring and tracking, and the decision‑making fatigue that comes with ongoing treatment choices.

Birth Trauma Support Group
Healing After a Traumatic Birth
This 3‑week, clinician‑led Birth Trauma Support Group offers a supportive space for individuals who experienced a difficult or traumatic birth. Each member will have the opportunity to share their birth story and explore how the experience has shaped their sense of self, their identity as a parent, their feelings of attachment/bonding, and their emotional wellbeing.
Together, we discuss common themes that arise after a traumatic birth—feeling unheard, dismissed, overwhelmed, or unsafe—and how these experiences can contribute to symptoms associated with birth trauma, postpartum trauma, or PTSD. The group includes an overview of how traumatic births impact the nervous system, mood, relationships, and the transition into parenthood.
This short‑term group is designed to help you feel seen, validated, and supported as you begin making sense of your birth experience in a safe, compassionate environment.
